Silly School Education Subscription Terms & Conditions

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Silly School Education service. By subscribing, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscriptions & Free Trials

  • When you sign up, you may be offered a free trial (e.g., 14, 30, or 60 days).

  • At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically roll over into a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.

  • By entering your payment details at sign-up, you authorise Silly School Education to take subscription payments once your trial ends.

2. Billing & Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged in GBP (£) and can be paid monthly or annually, depending on the plan chosen at checkout.

  • Payments are processed securely via our third-party provider (Stripe/PayPal/Chargebee/Kajabi, etc.).

  • Annual subscriptions are billed in full upfront.

  • Monthly subscriptions are billed on the same date each month.

3. Invoices & Receipts

  • An electronic receipt will be emailed automatically once payment is taken.

  • Additional copies can be requested by contacting [email protected].

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting us.

  • If you cancel during a trial period, no payment will be taken.

  • If you cancel after a payment has been taken, you will retain access until the end of your billing period (month or year).

  • Refunds are only issued if:

    • a duplicate payment is taken in error, or

    • a payment is taken during a trial period due to a technical fault.

5. School & Group Subscriptions

  • School/group plans cover the agreed number of users set out at purchase.

  • Access details must not be shared beyond the licensed staff.

  • Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Content & Use

  • All videos, songs, and resources are for classroom and educational use only.

  • You may not copy, resell, or distribute our content outside your school or personal classroom.

7. Changes to Pricing & Terms

  • We may update our subscription fees or these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect payments already made.
